When it's time to move, you need someone who will market your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close. 

Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.

If you are facing a possible foreclosure, I cannot stress enough the importance of being proactive in avoiding foreclosures.  There are alternatives, one of which is a short sale where the bank will agree to take less for the home than is owed in order for it to be sold.  A short sale will allow the homeowner to remain in their home with no further mortgage payments enabling them to save for their relocation.  This also benefits our communities by not having another vacant house.  For homeowners who qualify, we act as a liason with their lender to facilitate a successful "short sale" of the property.
